Mr Birnie joined the company in 2001 and, since graduating with a BSc (Honours Geology) from Monash University in 1983, has gained diverse experience in exploration for and evaluation of commodities such as oil & gas, base metals, gold and diamonds. Mr Birnie's experience includes operational, project development / management and evaluation roles and has involved work on projects in Europe, western and southern Africa, India and Australia.
Mr Birnie is a professional member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). |
